Brake master cylinder

Can anyone tell me if a 0.75 " mk 1 lotus cortina brake master cylinder is the same as a Mk2 lotus cortina.

The early Mk1 Lotus had 0.75" but later Mk1 Lotus used a 0.7" one. I think Mk2 was 0.75"

Pretty sure the MK2 uses the 0.7 master cylinder

My mk2 Lotus was fitted with a 0.7" master cylinder, and I'm sure it stated that in the workshop manual, but it was a while ago so not 100%
