GBP8C - mystery solved

I always wondered what became of this one - Mark Kempson has received some info from Robin Sharp, an ex traffic officer from West Sussex. He was stationed at Chichester and drove GBP9C when it was first delivered, and thought that this cutting from the Chichester Observer November 25th 1966 was of interest.

He says that the car was extensively damaged and was scrapped after the incident.

No Steve - 2C & 4C are still a mystery too.

5C is coming along well as all the repairs are now done & was heading for the paint prep in April.

According to the DVLA tax website GBP 4C was taxed as a "lotus" (rather then ford) until 1997 , so there's a good chance its still about. No details for 2C though.
