Idler Arm

Hi All,
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a Petrol sender unit for a MK2? Mine has sprung a leak from under the outlet tube of the sender not the seal but the metal part.
Whilst on the subject and if I am to get dirty has anyone got a new Idler arm as mine is creaking and seizing up I now have arms like Charles Atlas!

Andy - try speedycables for the sender , I think they are remaking them.
