Hi All,

Think it would be good to start 2 lists so we all know where we are especially for Simon who will be distributing tickets etc.
1st list for those who wish to be part of the LCR area.
2nd list is for those who will be there to race (and poss LCR area)
Just add your details to the bottom of whichever list is appropriate.

Also don't forget to let your local area rep know your intentions as it may be that to save postage tickets are distributed to the reps beforehand.

Please, Please can we have your name as you were given by your parents so we know who you are!

This doesn't include the information already being gathered by the local reps so if the local reps do wish to send me details of who has already expressed an interest I can update the master list. We can then keep a running total of how many we anticipate will be attending. This will help to gauge the amount of space we will need on the stand:

Based on the numbers that the local reps have already informed me of, it looks like we have already got well over 30 so far. Please remember to let me or your local rep know if you intend on bringing a passenger as we want to ensure that the correct numbers of tickets are allocated.

'Of course there is camping and plenty of it. Many Lotus owners will be arriving on the Saturday and have a social in the evening at the Kentagon (Pub/Restaurant). A good place to unwind and chat before the main event on Sunday'.

Is there a main event day?

That's a great picture of our boys strutting their stuff but looking closer at Rick reminds me that years ago if you were behind an old bloke wearing a flat cap you knew you were going to be held up. And they do seem to be bunching up behind him!

Simon - do you think the festival event organisers would arrange a professional group photo of all of the race cars + club cars in one big picture , maybe all lined up on the track? Its got to to be good for PR ,and a fantastic momento of the day.

Address
Registration number
Whether you will be attending for the Saturday, Sunday or both days
Whether or not you intend bringing a passenger

It would also be useful (although not essential) if you could include a contact telephone number or email address

If I don't get all the relevant information, it's going to make it a very difficult task to ensure tickets are issued in the correct numbers and to the correct address. I simply won't have time to follow up every case due to the sheer numbers involved. Thanks for your co-operation.

Hi Pete - I don't hold any information regarding members names, addresses car details etc other than what was supplied to me in the lead up to last year's National Day. I have asked everyone to supply their current address in case anything has changed since last year. I always make sure that any personal data that any one supplies to me remains secure.

I've waited 32 years for this event only to find that it clashes with the Kent bi-annual family villa holiday in Menorca - buggar!!

I'm booked to drive to Spain on the Friday, think i best test the water for a change to the Monday as this weekend is sounding too good to miss.

Pete,
You say all the required details are with the LCR.
Can you tell me who Smudger and Mikew are because we don't have a blooming clue!
That's the problem with the forum you do not know who people are when members or guests sign in!
That's why I started the list and asked for pepole to join it with the name they were born with so we can then send the tickets to the correct addresses.
