Love it!
My first two cars were 997 105Es and always wanted to put a GT engine in one, but a twin cam.....mmmm
bet it goes well,- what gearbox and diff have you got in there?

The Anglia Looks the nuts, but they were a pain to get a 1600 Gt in let alone a TC, we did a Gt one, ooh 28yrs ago, I think I'm right in say ing you needed Consul Capri front struts, to change from drum to discs, We had to change the gearbox from a std 1600 Gt to an escort Gt box, throttle linkage tec etc etc. hey we were 17-18yrs old then

I,m just about to embark on a similar project , this is the car that inspired me to go for an anglia .

I seem to remember the prototype twin cam was fitted to an Anglia,(van?), for evaluation, what sticks in my mind is that it had to be a left hand drive model, so the steering bits would fit. I'd love a photo of it if anyone has such to copy? Cheers, Jeff.
