Allways like looking at other L.H.D. mk1s,couple of things different on mine,the chasis no is stamped a lot smaller than that,and i havent got or never had that second id tag left of the strut,any idears what that ones for?
 
Good to see Colins crayford made it out to Oz.

Andy - do you have the extra switch panel for the hazzard warning lights under neather the dash to the left hand side of the steering wheel as shown in the video? I have seen this on quite a few US spec cars. Just wondered it it was fitted by the factory or retro fitted once the cars landed in the US.
 
Mine is exactly the same as that,but mounted lower on the parcel shelf.
Nice to see all the right hose clips, n brass fitting to whasher bottle.
I know original is the way to go,but i could,nt live with the full bumper,it was the first thing i changed.

Wonder why the guy fitted a top up bottle for the cooling system.
