Mk1 speedo repair/ overhaul

Can anyone recommend a person or company who can repair/ overhaul my Mk1 speedo. Its made unpleasant noises for a while and now only read zero MPH regardless of actual speed.

It might be, assuming you haven't checked, that the head of the cable has broken off and the frayed ends are making the noise. :?:

Hi Gents
I know this is not a new post, but maybe this helps.
I have just had my speedo repaired.
Defect was a wavering needle and a screeching noise.
Now fitted to the car and working OK.
I know it's a long way away from the UK [here in Australia] but repairs are possible.
I can find out off the repair station if they do work for international customers.
