1970 series 2. Are they different to Series 1?

The one I posted is listed as for

Lotus Cortina MK2 (1967-69, 3020e Engine)

I don't know of any difference maybe someone else may do my car is a MK2 series 1 1967,
but at this price is it not worth just buying it anyway?
