Ported Head

Hi, had my cylinder head rebuilt, new valve's , unleaded seats, Q420 fast road cams, head thickness is still within standard specs, my question is it's been ported out for Weber 45's, but I'm going to be running standard twin 40's again, would there be an issue ???
