Rev limit wrong on rev counter?

I see the attached item is fetching good money am I wrong in thinking the rev limit should be at 6,500?
Also its negative earth but better for anyone running lumenition etc.

looks good

because of the avatar pixel limit it can be larger and less defined or smaller with more HD

good old fashioned compromise..........

Everything about Merv is shakey............except his driving that's very direct.......and not at all wobbly ;0
