I have recently been informed of a late 63 Lotus Cortina that is up for sale, the car has been inspected, and whilst it is not in "road going spec" it is a very solid car with some "period" modifications, these are on the rear suspension which does not have the A Frame, the car is in Austria, it has modifications to it which include a Roll cage, front bucket seats, the engine is not original and breathes through a couple of Dellorto 40s. it boasts of alloy doors, bonnet and boot. alloy bellhousing, gearbox tailshaft and alloy remote. early "bullet" gearbox, all original seats come with the car along with headlining and a host of spares.
