I bought NAR 362 D in May 1981 - 30 years ago! - my how time flies. I was a mere lad of 35 back then! I've had the front seats out many, many times over the years to carry out various tasks. Just recently, I removed the seats again to to make the job of removing the remote gear-change easier. I have at last got round to the job of replacing the top-hat washers at the bottom of the gear stick in an attempt to cure that annoying "zizz". On replacing the driver's seat, I noticed a label dangling from one of the seat springs. On both sides of the label it reads "A PRODUCT OF: Crosby Spring Interiors Ltd, ST HELENS, Lancashire, England" I never noticed it before - fantastic eh! Anyone seen my anorack?
