Advanced notification.
The LCR 2021 AGM will be held on Sunday 21st November. This is for fully paid up members only.
Venue as yet to be confirmed but will be close to the M25 periphery. If you do wish to attend we will require notification of your attendance by 21st October.
If you do not wish to attend but wish to have your views or opinions heard, please put your comments/views/ideas in writing to the General Secretary 2 weeks before the AGM date so as to be able to set an agenda 7 days prior to the 21st November.
Nothing will be added to the agenda after Sunday 14th November.
