Hi all again
I wonder HOO…. H this car is? You can hide the reg number but not the car. This is the car that was on e-Bay and sold on 18-03-08 at 21.14.05 BST for £5.350.00 It then appeared for £4.500.00 on the Penny Lane auction site a week later for quick sale. It then disappeared just long enough for someone to find out it needs lots of work to sell quick so it’s back on the magic roundabout Bay again!
As Rod Stewart said in one of his songs in the seventies “Every Picture Tells a Story” These pictures tell this story and it looks like it was not the car they thought it was, as the MOT chalk marks show on chassis members. It would seem that the Ford Motor Co director ownership history has not done much for the car this time round? Maybe third time lucky you never know.
You would think that they would at least paint the petrol cap this time round?? But at least they have swept out the paper from the boot and the engine is still in a couple of boxes, they should fit nicely into the boot and still have room for the shopping!!
On a jollier note, it’s a shame the car can’t find a good home and make someone on the LCR a proud owner.
