Recently I've broken up a 1963 GT and I wondered in how much the steering box from this car differences from the one in the Lotus Cortina.
I've checked my Ford parts book but it's still unclear to me. Of course the GT boxes were more direct that the 'normal' MK1's, but did they differ from the LC boxes? Or was the change in the steering arms?
Anyone here can explain or point me to a possible previous thread?
Markings on the box I have here are
