I have been asked to advertise this Mk2 Re-Shelled Cortina for sale, Due to ill health and having to move premises the car and all the associated parts are now for sale.
So the details: the car is a 1968 Series 1 Lotus Cortina, which has been re-shelled into a USA imported GT shell, the whole of the front bulkhead together with the RHD dashboard has been let in to this shell, the work has been done to a high standard, the car has been painted again to a high standard in white with the obligatory green stripe. the engine is a matching numbers item which is the original engine as fitted in 1968, it comes with carbs, airbox, airfilter, but missing hose from airbox to filter. Engine and Gearbox are fitted to the car, All parts required to complete the car are present plus many items doubled up as parts have been amassed over many years. it also has an interesting Registration Number which may appeal to any pilots out there.
