Rob - It's a shame it went this far - they need a Moderator like ours to jump on this type of acrimonyous posting as soon as it starts to escalate.

Let's hope it resolves itself on the day of the show otherwise it will be a sad day all round.

I've always found when you meet folks in the flesh 99% of the time they are decent people. Its all too easy to misinterpret what is posted on web forums. All it takes is a few people stiring things up and it all gets out of hand.

I'm sure they will all have a laugh about it on the day and buy each other a pint or two.

The trouble on buysell is that people will comment from photos without seeing the car.

A photo can make a panel or repair look distorted. The seller in this case is well known and is unlikely to try and pass off a dodgy repair.

The truth lies in seeing the car in the flesh.
