Another seller a little confused as to what makes a car a Lotus Cortina..........

1963 Mark 1 Cortina GT shell imported from S Africa and was the spare car for Gerry Marshall when he won the British Touring Championship for Sherwood Restorations. FIA/HTTP papers reg in UK/ Ireland allowing it to run in any FIA class meeting in UK or Europe.The car is well known in the Top Hat/Masters series and has raced UK circuits,Spa,& Chimay prepared and run by Rae Davis Racing. A frame car, Alloy doors bonnet,Boot. Also a full race prepared T/Cam engine 1760cc never raced which we may sell seperately.The car came 4th in 2005 at Good Wood Revival in the hands of Narain Karthikeyan (ex Jordan) and Owner Ivor Miller.The car has been maintained regardless of cost and is in ready to go condition.Spares:4 Mag wheels,3 new tires on the mag wheels.1 racing rad,2 new windscreens.springs.2 diffs(1 complete with bits to make another).Quaife g/box ready ro fit.8 steel rims Goodwood requirement.2 alloy door skins.Spare 1760cc T/Cam engine built in 2009 by Frank Anderson Never raced which cost 4.2 STG which is still in Frank Andersons complete ready to slot into car with carbs,distributor,plugs,flywheel,which we would consider selling sepereatly.
