Proper bolt(nut) tightening torque for A bracket

Hi all,
Does anybody know the proper bolt (nut) tightening torque for Apex Swivel to A bracket?
I cannot find the information on the manual.
* “A” bracket to axle and “A” bracket to chassis information only.
I appreciate your advice very much.

Just checked my books and it only has the same info as you already found. Nothing for the swivel nut.
