Rear Seat

Is the rear seat frame the same on a 2 door MK1 non Lotus the same as a Lotus. I need a rear seat and as I'm struggling to get the correct Lotus one I was wondering if I can buy any 2 door seat and recover it

I have a (genuine) Mark 1 Lotus rear seat from a 1966 car..i.e. the same as a GT of that date.
