Tyres for Mk2 Lotus

I'm in need of a new set of tyres. Current ones are Goodyear Grand Prix S - 185/70 SR13.

I've been on the Tyrewizard website (see Quarter Bumper advert) and faced with a big selection.

Only doing 1000 miles a year.

Any advice or recommendations folks?

If you are staying in that size I like the maxsport rb4 nice and cheap, designed for RWD cars of are weight and period looking thread pattern.

There are quite a few old discussions on tyres on here.
