can someone help with a supplier or cross reference for the manual

adjusting rear double ended wheel cylinders ?

Try Powertrack as they specialize in obsolete girling and lockheed components. 64674138 is the Girling part number and it also fits 1500GT Corsair. This is the 0.7 inch version as fitted to all manual adjust brake lotus mk1 cars, except the very very early cars which used the 0.75 inch ones as fitted on a mk1 cortina GT.

didnt they also have a .875 bore size in early cars ?

.875 or 7/8 was used in mk2 gt Cortina 10-67 to 9-68, never used on Mk1 Cortinas, also used on some Corsairs
