Wiper motor testing

Hi all,

Is there a (fairly) easy way to test the functionality of the wiper motor, when this is not fitted to the car, a MK1?
I have 3 motors lying about, may sell one or two but wouldn't want to upset buyers by seling them one that doesn't work (or finding out that I have sold the working ones and kept a defective one!).

Depends what make they are Lucas Square looking Or Ford round body

This is the round one, with FoMoCo stamped in.
There is also what looks like a production date, May 1965.
Two green leads come from the motor, terminating together at one connector.
Apart from this a red lead and two black ones come from the motor.
Hope this helps,

Off the top of my head
Green = supply
Black to earth will make the motor park
Red to earth to make it run
try this if not let me know and ill have a look at a spare one I have to check
