Hi Ladies and Gents

Some of you may remember my last attempt to win a classic rally in Colin-the-Cortina, which ended with a cam-shaft broken into 3 pieces and being stuck at the roadside in Egypt. Lessons were learnt and this time we and the car are a lot more prepared.

The rally starts this Friday from Kent and takes in some forestry stages before heading South through France and Spain and arriving in Morocco on Tuesday, where the timed stages start for real. A total of 2,900 miles in 10 x days will really test the car and its crew! Details of the rally can be found at www.endurorally.com

We're supporting a military charity called Talking2Minds (http://www.talking2minds.co.uk) and will be carrying their logos to increase their profile and also that of the owners clubs.

The same as last time, where possible, I'll be uploading a daily blog of the rally and you can follow it at http://passingplaces.blogspot.com

All support will be very welcome and if you feel generous click on the charity website and make a donation!

Regards
CD

Thanks for posting this up Neil (and marshalling). Easily the best sounding car! I which of the others will give Clive the strongest competition?
