Good luck with the sale of it Rob, it looks like it will restore well for the new owner. Being a US car is there any other significant rust other than the battery area?

No, only bad rust is around battery area and lower part of rear quarter
Most of battery area has gone rusted right out
Remainder of car is very solid, wish my 64 was as good.
