Mk2 Throttle Cable Lower Mounting clamp

Hi guys, I've finished an engine build on my '67 Mk2 series 1 LC. I'm suspecting my LC is missing the original fitting to adjust/clamp the throttle cable. Can anyone advise or have pics on how the cable is retained below the carbs? Mine has a bracket mounted below, between both carbs, and the old engine had a dodgy system with bolt with a hole similar to a push bike brake cable securing clamp. Thanks in advance, Dave.

The lower mount for the cable is a bracket that's welded on to the original air box. I've seen all sorts of different home made and aftermarket setups on cars that have lost their airboxes. Trevor at Stage1 has an original style bracket mounted on a plate available that lets you use an aftermarket air cleaner/no aircleaner so you can still use the original throttle cable setup
