ive bought those mirrors before at ajummble and the heads are right but the stems are different they have Wingard written on them and they come in yellow boxes with brittax on them and sorry to say kieth they do come with the stickers on them

Yes I've bought those Britax ones but never seen the stickers - cheers Chris.

You can't make out the date written on the end of the sticker, so i looked up that specific law and it was 1978.
