After a visit to see how my mk1 is getting on at Colin's.. HLO 1C was in the process of having the satin black applied and unmasked and looking gleaming..and a very happy Colin.. brilliant colour

No gold just red all red , still got a lot to do but as long as its rolling with the glass in its going to the nats .

The sad thing is I put gold stripes on it because that was its race colours since the 80's. Would have been nicer all red like yours.

Mmmm, I know... but I am fully booked for the weekend. Will take a couple of disabled kids for a trip in the mk1 estate tomorrow as a part of our little charity project and sunday I will go to a trackday.

Next year I hope to be in Uk, in the -62...

Getting this car to the national yesterday was amazing, I don't know how you do it
Just over 2 weeks ago it was a fresh painted bare shell and yesterday a 90% complete stunning car.

The car looked faultless and had to be the best there

Cant wait to see it 100% finished

Catch up in the week (I forgot to give you the servo bracket back)
